This hotel is perfect for me, with great wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with my bags, which I still remember. I highly recommend it and am returning for Christmas!

Fairly large and fairly clean venue with an acceptable value and thoughtful and attentive staff. Deluxe king room with slippers as well as an espresso machine. Modern design in the rooms, fab food. The hotel of choice in Toronto.

The room was very clean. Very comfortable Very chic Staff was very knowledgeable. Ask for directions and was provided a map and precise directions. The breakfast on the mezzanine was extremely good. Excellent service, very good food. Had dinner at Victors. Excellent value, excellent food. Best Hotel I have stayed at in Toronto.
Just a little confusion for valet parking. It was during peak hours though.

Alas the construction site adjacent made sleep impossible night one. I was upgraded by the gracious management to a fab suite. Hotel staff were all very kind. But the construction will continue. Check in advance.

It was just a good pick for a rapid stop in Toronto with value for price. The rooftop patio offered great views while enjoying a drink. Tip, Valet parking costs $50 a night.

The hotel is situated near CN Tower and in walking distance of the city-centre. Hotel-staff was very friendly, the lobby and rooms luxuriously and tastefully decorated. Our room was very comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, free wifi and a good choice from the minibar. In other words: we felt very welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay in Le Germain.
Breakfast was a bit poor, we missed a tea/coffee-service in the room and the restaurant Victor was closed on two of our five nights due to a marriage-party and a law-congress.

The fabric of the hotel is first class. The fixtures and fittings have been well thought out and give a solid luxurious feel to the hotel. Towels, sheets etc again world class. The real strength of the establishment resides in the staff who carry out their duties in that unostentatious way that is the marque of a top class international hotel. Their focus is always on the needs of the guest. A very enjoyable stay.

The service was poor. Specifically the manager was not remotely accomodating, she was impolite and essentially dismissed us when we complained about the terrible room service. A luxury boutique hotel should not be managed by someone so unprofessional. The hotel was beautiful but because of the appalling service, we would not stay here again for business or pleasure.
